What is it?

The GardenAngel is a machine that sits outside your laundry, connected to your washing machine. It is a safe and easy way to water your garden without worrying about water restrictions, or when it might rain next.  It’s economical, environmentally responsible and, unlike raw grey water, will not harm your precious soil, plants, lawn, trees or shrubs.  In simple terms, it conditions your laundry water so it is ready for the sub-surface irrigation of your garden or lawn.

It is a small unit, at just 1.3m wide x 1.1m high x .36m deep, weighing about 80 kilos and is made from galvanised powder coated steel for durability.

There are other products available on the market but nothing like the GardenAngel.  Full treatment systems such as the Perpetual Water – Home® need to be plumbed in and water can be used inside the house as well as through sprinklers or hoses.  Note: Grey water diverters simply pump raw grey water out onto the garden.  Some of these have a basic filter to remove lint and hair but none except the GardenAngel condition the water to make it suitable for the garden.
